Agentivity eLearning lets contact center managers deliver multimedia training to agent desktops on a schedule- or rules-driven basis. Training can include customer-developed courses, training flashes, compliance bulletins, quizzes and pre-shift announcements.

With Agentivity eLearning, managers can:

Agentivity eLearning includes a courseware management system that allows for centralized training management across multiple sites in different locations connected by a wide-area network.

eLearning course content can be launched directly from Agentivity dashboards.

Agentivity eLearning includes Agentivity Studio, a feature-rich multi-media authoring environment for creating courses and quizzes. The eLearning management system also lets you to capitalize on previous investments in training material by including them within the eLearning management system.
