Managing the Agentivity system is done with Agentivity Admin. This web-based application allows call center managers and system administrators to securely manage every aspect of Agentivity from any computer on the network. Typical system management functions include:

  • uploading and assigning dashboards to users and groups
  • managing users and groups
  • managing eLearning content
  • creating and sending messages
  • viewing performance and eLearning reports
  • creating rules to automatically trigger messages and eLearning
  • managing performance threshold levels

Agentivity Admin employs a role-based security model allowing overall management to be segmented to into logical functions. For example, group managers may have the privilege of sending messages to the agents in their group but not be allowed to assign dashboards.
